This breed is quite calm,

even tempered and great at foraging.

I currently have Black & Blue Roosters

over Black & Blue Hens,

this combination can produce

Blue, Black & also Splash colored chicks.

**More information on my Ameraucanas. Most of my current blue & black LF Ameraucanas were purchased from Cottage Rose.  The 2 roos I purchased from Vicky are originally out of Jerry DeSmidt's flock. One Black & one Blue.  I also added a LF Lavender cockerel  from Harry in PA.
